We strive to provide you with high-quality Indian handicrafts, gifting options, and home decor items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to figure out the best option possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been damaged or altered in any way, including custom orders.
Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not offer refunds for shipping charges. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements for return. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days.

We use reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. We do our best to package orders with enough cushioning and packing materials to ensure they reach you safely. However, we cannot control how the shipping company handles the package. If the package arrives damaged or not in its original condition, please contact us immediately and provide us with enough pictures or videos to assess the situation and take the necessary action.
